Clinical Social Worker
Alieu Daramy, LCSW‑C, is a seasoned clinical social worker with over a decade of experience delivering comprehensive mental health services to individuals, families, and communities across hospital emergency departments, crisis programs, school‑based settings, outpatient clinics, and residential treatment environments. He specializes in trauma‑informed assessment, crisis intervention, emergency mental health triage, and evidence‑based therapeutic interventions for children, adolescents, and adults experiencing severe and persistent mental illness, substance use disorders, and acute psychiatric crises. Alieu has held leadership and supervisory roles supporting interdisciplinary teams and program operations, while consistently maintaining strong community partnerships and continuity of care. He earned his Master of Social Work from Howard University and holds a Bachelor of Science from Liberty University and is licensed as a Clinical Social Worker in Maryland.

Raynell Tillman, LCSW‑C

Raynell Tillman, LCSW‑C, is a compassionate and results‑driven clinical social worker with over seven years of experience supporting children, adolescents, and families across behavioral health, educational, medical, and forensic settings. She specializes in individual and group counseling, crisis intervention, and evidence‑based treatment planning, with deep expertise in cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma‑informed care, motivational interviewing, and biopsychosocial assessments. Raynell has held roles as a Behavioral Health Consultant, Mental Health Clinician, Forensic Therapist, and School Social Worker, where she collaborated closely with multidisciplinary teams, caregivers, educators, and community partners to promote emotional well‑being and resilience. Cassandre is a passionate healthcare advocate and leader with over 12 years of experience in the field. As a Development and Operations Manager, she is dedicated to the belief that operational excellence is the foundation of exceptional patient care. As an advocate for high-quality, accessible care, Cassandre leverages her background in Community Health to drive operational success. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration and is currently an MBA candidate, focusing her expertise on leading multidisciplinary teams. Her work consistently fosters impactful community care networks and sustainable organizational growth.

Njideka Ajemba
Clinical Nurse Care Manager
Njideka Ajemba, RN, is a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse with extensive experience in medical‑surgical and behavioral health nursing across inpatient and direct‑care settings. Licensed in Maryland and California, she specializes in supporting individuals with complex mental health and medical needs through client‑centered, safety‑focused care. Njideka has strong expertise in medication management, crisis prevention, therapeutic engagement, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Currently advancing her clinical training as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), she is committed to delivering ethical, culturally responsive care that promotes healing, stability, and overall patient well‑being.
